The ingredients needed to make Rajma Sabzi:
- {Get 200 gms of Rajma (kidney beans)soak overnight.
- {Take 4/5 of medium size Onions.
- {Get 6/7 of tomatoes,.
- {Prepare 2tbsp of Ginger garlic paste,.
- {Prepare 5-6 of cashew paste/powder.
- {Take as needed of Whole garam masala.
- {Take 1 tsp of garam masala powder,.

- {Prepare as required of Oil/Ghee, butter.
Instructions to make Rajma Sabzi:
- In a Cooker,boil Rajma to 4/5 whistles, keep aside,then in the same Cooker put Oil, when heating put whole garam (dalchini, saunf big and small elachi,tezpatta, cloves,kalimirch,)add chopped onions,fry till light golden brown add chopped tomatoes,fry for few minutes and blend the mixture,after cooling.
- In the Cooker put butter /Ghee, Gravy+boil Rajma, ginger garlic paste,cashew paste/powder,put all Spices including Salt Rajma masala and saute for few minutes,2tsp malai, and cover the Cooker to 2whistles,sim the gas for 5minutes..
- Lastly granish with sliced onions and coriander leaves,kesuri Methi, serve hot with roti, chapati ya Jeera Rice, taste yummy.
