The ingredients needed to make Rajma:

  1. {Make ready of over night soaked rajma/ kidney beans.
  2. {Take of onion chopped long and fried.
  3. {Prepare of tomato paste.
  4. {Make ready of oil.

  7. {Get of adarak/ginger.
  8. {Get of Salt.

Steps to make Rajma:

  1. Boil rajma with some salt and take 4-5 wistles or till soft. Fry the onion till golden brown.
  2. In a grinder add garlic, green chillies, adarak and a little water. Make paste. Add oil to the kadhai and add the paste..
  3. Add the fried onion to the grinder and make paste. Add to the kadhai. Mix it really well. Cook for 1-2 minutes..
  4. Add tomato paste and cook till oil separates..
  5. Add in the masalas. Mix and cook really well.
  6. Add in the boiled rajma and mash some with back of the spoon. Mix well.
  7. Add some water if required. Add fresh coriander. And its ready..
