- In a kadhai/ griddle add oil and add bay leaf and finely chopped onions and saute till colour changes.Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for few mins.Add haldi/ turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and black pepper and mix well. Add 3 finely chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes turn soft..
- Then add the marinated chicken and mix with all the masalas. Add little water and salt as per taste and cover it and cook till tender.Serve hot with roti or naan..
