The ingredients needed to make Kadai chicken:

  1. {Take 500 grams of Chicken.
  2. {Make ready 1 of Onion.

  14. {Take 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.

Instructions to make Kadai chicken:

  1. Wash and marinate chicken set aside with all spices & curd only.
  2. Take oil in Kadai heat it then add the chopped onion fry till golden then add tomatoe purée if raw or tomato paste was readymade stir a little add ginger garlic paste & sauté it.
  3. Then on low flame add in all the marinated chicken stir with light hands fry until oil separates.
  4. Then taste the spices and add in all the leftover ingredients even cream mix well.
  5. Then keep it on simmer flame until the chicken gets tender once I t’s done adjust the consistency of gravy as required better keep it medium thick gravy and ur done add some fried chasews or roughly chopped cashews.
  6. Serve it hot with rice & sald, chapati etc.
  7. Add a cup of if required to adjust the consistency accordingly for the gravy..
