  3. Apply some refined oil on your palm and make it like a dough. Make equal size round balls from the mixture. 👉🏻For slurry-Take one small bowl and add 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and 1 tablespoon cornflour and water in it and make a slurry..
  4. Take some dough, put it on your palm and make a cutlet(shape accordingly).Dip it into slurry and wrap up with bread crumbs. Do the same with other balls..
  5. Gently slid into pan for frying. Fry untill they turned golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon on kitchen paper towels to remove excess oil..
  6. Garnish with some green coriander leaves and Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney or tamarind chutney. Your rajma cutlet is ready to serve..
