- In a cooker,add oil,onion cook till raw smell goes,add ginger garlic paste,tomato.cook till tomatoes are fully cooked..
- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,jeera powder,coriander powder,garam masala,asfoetida and cook till raw smell goes add water and salt.
- Let it boil on the low flame for 15 mins.give one whistle.Rajma masala is ready..
