  1. Wash rajma with clean water and keep under water for around 6 hours in a vessel. And then boil it in a pressure cooker with around 6-7 whistles..
  2. In a pan heat oil and butter and then fry it after adding cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, big black pepper, dry red chilly, bay leaf and asafoetida..
  3. Afterwards add onions, garlic and ginger paste..
  4. After the onions turns phk add tomato pury. Afterwards add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cholle masala and salt to taste and mix it well..
  5. Now in that add the ready boiled rajma. Mix everything well and then cook it for 3 mins..
  6. Garnish the ready rajma with chopped coriander and serve it with Jeera rice, roti, naan or paratha..
