  1. Wash and soak Rajma overnight. Soak in clean drinking water and keep it covered. Do not throw this water. Pressure cook it along with the same water for 8-10 whistles with a Bay leaf and little of Salt. Keep aside until use..
  2. In a pan, heat Ghee and saute Onions with Ginger garlic paste. To this add slit Green Chillies and all the spices. Also add finely chopped Tomatoes and saute all of that until done or until Ghee starts separating from the sides of the pan..
  3. To this add, Rajma stock, which is nothing but the Rajma that was Pressure cooked. Add it as it is to the pan. Simmer until thick and done. Add chopped Coriander Leaves and adjust Salt at this stage. Also stir in 2 tablespoons of thick Cream. Cover and simmer until done..
