  1. For Thepla - in a bowl add Ata, washed and chopped Methi leaves, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, oil, yogurt, salt, garlic paste and make a dough. Keep it covered with a wet cloth for 10 mins.
